This is the race I ran into. When I got on the Spiro Trail, I was wondering why were a lot of racers passing by when I stopped a few times. I saw the Endurance 100 bibs on their bikes and I am like,"Oh, shoot! I forgot that was today!" Well, I decided to ride with them and I passed a few. If I wanted to, I could do the 50 mile race next year, that would be fun. I don't know, see if I can ride that long. We'll see. They have a 50 mile course too but I know I can't do the 100 mile one though. There was also the Park City Marathon and a Triathlon there in the city that day. There was sooooo many people there! Bad weekend to go. I don't know, I had fun riding with some racers, Chris Eutough and was there!
Winter Sports Park
While being in Park City, Mike and Laura wanted to go see the Olympic stuff so we went to The Winter Sports Park to see the stuff. I have raced mountain bikes there twice before but it was way before the Olympics but after I saw it today, I could see that they added a lot of ski jumps and stuff and made the bobsled better. The bobsled was there when I raced and we used to race along the dirt road along the bobsled towards the top. It was a fun race because it was very short and we did so many laps. Anyways, we saw some skiers doing flips and stuff and land into the water. It was really fun to see them. We also went into the ski museum and it wasn't that good. But seeing the skiers jump was awesome. I took some videos of it so enjoy.
The Midmountain Trail Bike Ride
While being in Park City with Mike and Laura, mom and Becky, I decided to go on a long bike ride as soon as we got there. Yes, I went on the Midmountain Trail again. I had so much fun except for the people part. There were so many people there because there were so many events going on in Park City, even in the mountain. I got caught in the Endurance 100 bike race which has been advertised in the bike magazines in the past year. I forgot that it was that day. So there were so many bikers going up the Spiro Trail where I was going, so, I decided to race with them and I was passing most of them. Then I turned onto the Midmountain Trail after 45 minutes climbing with the Endurance 100 racers and they turned left onto another trail. They weren't racing on the Midmountain Trail so that is good. So, I didn't take that many pictures because I was having too much riding. I got pictures of the town of Park City and the picture of The Canyons Resort. I saw most of my favorite ski trails on the way like the Diamond Ridge ski run in The Canyons. That is my favorite mogal trail. Anyways after I got to the Canyons, I went down Holly's Downhill Bike Trail and it was a BLAST! I really liked that trail and I never ridden on it before. It was a long downhill and fun. It was a great ride.

My new job...
I now work at Custom Cabinets by Brent in Manti. I am a cabinet maker and it is a more busy job than homebuilding and I also like it better than homebuilding. I don't have to work outside all year long, it is really nice. In the summer, it is air conditioned, and in the winter, it is heated by a wood stove that burns the scrap wood. I really like my job and I think it is really great. My boss is really nice too, it is just me and my boss working in there.
The shop is all metal so you can't have a cell phone in there because all that metal around you and would kill it. So Brent doesn't have a cell phone. We also have a pet cat around the shop and her name is Kitty.
The inside of the shop. Well built.
This table saw is worth $40,000 and it is all computerized. It is really nice because it is mainly used for cutting laminate wood sheets and plywood to the very perfect square. I love this machine because you don't need a tape measure to adjust the fence, you just type the measurement and it will adjust automatically! He also has a $250,000 machine to laminate wood edges for shelves.

There's Something About Sadie And Duke
I did some research about Labrador retrievers and this what I found out: Labrador retriever breed of large sporting dog whose origins are obscure but whose immediate ancestors were developed in Newfoundland and brought to England in the early 1800s. It stands about 23 in. high at the shoulder and weighs between 60 and 75 lb. The dense short coat is flat and oily, providing great reisstance to cold weather and icy water. Its color may be black, chocolate, or yellow. The Labrador retriever is widely used to hunt both waterfowl and upland game birds; its loyal and gentle disposition has made it very popular as a companion dog. Use as working dogs: Common working roles for Labradors include: hunting, tracking and detection, disabled assistance, carting, and therapy work. 60-70% of all guide dogs in the US are Labradors. Endal, who during a 2001 emergency is believed to be the first dog to have placed an unconscious human being in the recovery position without prior training, then obtaining the human's mobile phone, "thrusting" it by their ear on the ground, then fetching their blanket, before barking at nearby dwellings for assistance. A number of Labradors have also taught themselves to assist their owner remove money and credit cards from ATMs without prior training. Appearance: The breed tends to shed hair regularly throughout the year. Lab hair is fairly short and straight, and the tail quite broad and strong. The otter-like tail and webbed toes of the Labrador Retriever make them excellent swimmers. Their interwoven coat is also relatively waterproof, providing more assistance for swimming. The tail acts as a rudder for changing directions. Facts: Although they will bark at noise, especially a degree of "alarm barking" when there is noise from unseen sources, Labs are not on the whole noisy or territorial, and are often very easygoing and trusting with strangers, and therefore are not very often used as guard dogs. Labradors have a reputation for appetite, and individuals have been described as willing to eat "anything that isn't nailed down" They are also persuasive and persistent in requesting food. For this reason, the Lab owner must carefully control his/her dog's food intake to avoid obesity and its associated health problems.
