Sandy is back!

After 3 confusing weeks for Sandy, we put the couches back in the living room after the carpet and paint was done. As soon as the couch was laid, Sandy got on the couch and looked out of the window. She was on the couch for a while and this is the actual picture of the first time she got on the couch after the house was redone. Sandy is back on track now.

The house is remodeled.

I am done remodeling mom and dad's house. It is repainted and recarpeted. The only things I didn't do is the carpet and putting in the fireplace. We had someone else do those things. I did do the wood and tile mantle around the fireplace and repainted the house. I also put in the new french closet doors. The house looks real nice. We used different colors than white on the walls, Cafe la Late downstairs and Brazilian Tan upstairs. It was a lot work and it took almost two months to do it all. The mantel only took a day though, but the painting took 3-4 days on each floor. Mom and dad really likes the house now and it is so nice to be in the basement watching tv. We have been watching a lot of tv down there.
