2016 Summer Happenings 3: Summer is over version

I did the Mayfield White Hills again which I call it the "White Hill Rollers Ride".  It's always fun and I never ever see another soul.

I did a hike up at College Mountain just above Ephraim one night after work.

I hiked up the Race Loop uphill road all the way to the dead end and then continued along this other road I've never been on before.  I hiked up then turned around and went back down the mountain.

There it is, the dog water bottle I saw on the internet one day.  It works really well when there are no streams around for Duke.  He really likes to drink from it especially when he is thirsty.  It is really worth the 20 bucks and very easy to carry.  Really, Duke should carry it himself, there's got to be some way!

Another sunset picture from another hike.

On one of my rides, I got bitten by a dog.  It's the same dog that has been chasing me all summer long and he was getting closer every time.  Then this time, he snapped.  Everyone thought I should report it,  I really didn't want to because I have a misbehaved dog too but people tell me that you should report dog bites.  So the dog owner got a warning and the dog was quarantined for 10 days.  On the last few rides, I haven't seen the dog out on the road anymore.

On Labor Day weekend, I went up to my sister's house to visit, then biked up at Snowbasin.  I biked on the same trails I used to do during the Intermountain Cup Races a few years ago.  It was a good ride.

Pretty, but a lot of fun rocks to ride over!

I did Snowbasin Trail, Green Pond, Last Chance, and down the Needles Trail.

After Snowbasin, I completed my spring and summer bucket list I made last winter.  I crossed all of them except for two, Redwoods and Nine Mile Canyon.  I'll do those later for sure.  But I did pretty good though.

Down west of Ephraim is a so much desolate place and I rode on this dirt road that goes along by Gunnison Reservoir and the backroad towards Ephraim and a little bit up Dry Canyon.  I did about 38 miles that day and it was on Labor Day after I got home from Clinton, UT.

Since Summer is over, this is my goal for this Fall, less politics and more pedaling.  I have always hated politics and never liked to hear about it especially on the media and Facebook.  It drives me nuts, I just go for a ride whenever it does drives me nuts.  It's all everybody talks about these days and they always freak out and talk about it like it's the end of the world.  I just want to say, "Go ride your damn bike!"

Since politics is not in my mind, and it's official, I am resigning from adulthood!

This was the exact last day of Summer of 2016, I went up to ride in the canyon and rode a little bit of the Flume Trail(which is in terrible condition, so I rode just the top part), then down Hydroplant and Deer Run trails.

And I am really looking forward some time off this Christmas.  Since I am resigning from adulthood, I am actually looking forward to Christmas.
