Pioneer Trail I built.....

These are the pictures of the Pioneer Trail I did most of the building on. This is a real made mountain bike trail. It starts at a little above Lake Hill and goes all the way downhill to Major's Flat and can continue on the Flume Trail and ends at the valley. I did all the bridge building, cutting the trees across it, and tweaked it up a little bit. Some other guys tried building it but didn't have time so I decided to help and do it all. There is a giant tree across the trail so I built a long bridge over it and it is very fun to ride over it. The trail has some history on it, it used to be the Pioneer Canyon Wagon Road during the 1800s to get up the mountains and after the main road was built, the road was abadonded and was not used anymore. So after 100 and something years, Dan Barlow and a few dudes decided to put a bike trail on it. It is perfect for mountain biking and is very fun. The downhill part I say it is around 4 miles long. Then you can go down The Flume Trail for another 3 and a half miles.

These pictures below are pictures of the Flume Trail, another guy built this trail. I did build the big bridge though. It starts from Taylor's Flat and ends at New Town in Ephraim. It is another great trail and it has great turns and burms. I like to climb my bike up the Main Canyon Road until I get to Lake Hill and then go down the Pioneer and Flume Trails. It is a great ride. It is a great workout and loads of fun. Since I just finished building the new trail(Maple Syrup), I will start riding on that too. It would be a great reward after the big mountain climb.
